We are in the process of building our list of Frequently Asked Questions.  For any questions that you cannot find info on our website, please contact us.

Q: How do I make an account?

A: Clicking the “Register” button on the main menu will take you to the account creation page. After filling in your information, you will receive an email with a link to verify your account.

 

Q: How do I change my password?

A: Your password can be changed under the “Settings” tab on your profile page.

 

Q: How do I upgrade my membership level?

A: Once you’ve created an account, select the drop down arrow next to “My Account” on the menu bar. Then, click “Membership Account” to see or change your current membership level.

 

Q: How do I upload a profile picture/cover image?

A: After logging in, click the “My Account” tab in the main menu to be directed to your profile page. Then click “Change Profile Photo” or “Change Cover Image”, which will allow you to choose a photo to upload.

 

Q: How do I make a post?

A: To create a post, go to your profile page, then select “Activity” from the menu bar on the right. From here, you can make a text post and attach pictures or a video by clicking on the appropriate icon below the text box. You can also link a YouTube video by pasting the link into the box below the picture/video attachment box.

 

Q: Why can’t I upload media files in my Gallery/Activity?

A: As of 6/22 we are troubleshooting this issue in the Safari browser on the iPhone. It should be functional as of 7/15.

 

Q: How do I make a group?

A: Under the main menu, select the down arrow on “My Account”, then under the drop-down menu, click “Groups” to see all Tennis Competitors Groups. From the Groups page you can select the “Create a Group” tab which will take you to the group creation page.

 

Q: How do I make a folder for sorting photos/videos?

A: Clicking the “Gallery” tab will let you make a gallery to upload photos or videos to.

 

Q: How do I tell my friends about Tennis Competitors?

A: From your profile page, you can click the “Send Invites” tab, which will let you send a customized message to as many as 9 email addresses at once.
