Location for the match should be within the area that Competitors are registered to compete in. Court time reserved should be a minimum of 2 hours.
We recommend that the player provides a level of flexibility when scheduling matches instead of being available only on weekdays, weekday evenings, or unusual time.
Courtesy and exemplary tennis etiquette is displayed by replying to match requests in timely manners. During the season, the should check messages sent via the TC platform on a daily basis.

All spectators should abide by the USTA Friends at Court guidelines. Parents and players should observe proper tennis etiquette and sportsmanship. Parents should restrain from calling scores, making line calls, and correcting match scores as it is the responsibility of the players to learn to conduct a match and gain from the experience.
In the event that players or parents display poor sportsmanship or parents are interfering with the match and no resolution was made after match completion, parents or player can contact the league coordinator via our Tennis Competitor messaging platform.

If two distinct complaints are reported, the player will be on probation for the remainder of the season. If a third separate complaint is received, the reported player will be subject to:
- Default from all remaining matches
- Cancellation of TC League Registration with no refund
- Exclusion from the following season participation
Defaults
The following will be considered ground for a match default:
- It is expected that if a match time has been set, the match will be defaulted if the player does not communicate via the TC platform, confirmed received text, phone call, or e-mail to the opponent 24 hours or more from match time. The exception is made only if the opponent agrees to reschedule.
- If the player is late by more than 15 minutes then the opponent has the option of defaulting unless the player notifies the opponent and the opponent agrees for a delay of match time.
It is required that all matches are completed prior to the last week of the league end date. All remaining matches will be considered a double default which can affect the final standing results. A double default will result in neither player receiving points. If a player shows a trend of not scheduling or declining match requests, only that player will receive a default for all remaining matches not played.
